Itinerary
Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul – Syaulibazar, Kimche (3 hrs) 1785m.
Trek to Ghandruk (1945m)
Approx time: 2 hrs.
Scenic drive followed by a gentle trek through terraced landscapes and village trails to the traditional Gurung village of Ghandruk.
Trek from Ghandruk to Chomrong (2170m) or, Sinuwa (2340m)
Approx trek time: 4 to 5 hrs.
Trek through rhododendron forests and descend to the Chomrong Khola before ascending to Chomrong or Sinuwa.
Trek from Chomrong/Sinuwa to Himalaya (2895m) to Deurali (3175m)
Trek time approx: 5 hrs.
Continue along forested paths and ascend steadily, reaching the higher elevations near the glacial river basin.
Trek from Himalaya/Deurali to MBC (Machhapuchhre Base Camp – 3730m) via ABC (Annapurna Base Camp – 4130m)
Trek time approx: 5 hrs.
Ascend to the breathtaking MBC and continue to Annapurna Base Camp surrounded by towering snow-covered peaks.
Trek from Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) to Bamboo (2350m) – all the way down
Trek time: 6 hrs.
Retrace your steps downhill through alpine meadows and forests to Bamboo.
Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (Hot Spring – 1780m)
Trek time: 4 hrs.
Enjoy a comfortable hike with the chance to relax in the natural hot springs at Jhinu Danda.
Trek from Jhinu Danda to Siwai/Ghandruk Phedi (1150m), Drive to Nayapul and back to Pokhara – 3 hrs
A short trek and scenic drive concludes your ABC adventure.
